Biikon ("beacon") is a real-time rating system for nightlife venues. Biikon works great whether youre looking for the best party in town, a nice spot to sit and chat, catch the game, or just meet up and play some bar games with friends. You will be able to simply log in with Facebook and Biikon will do all the work of collecting your profile data for you. Ratings only require that you input a rating from 1 to 5, and optionally a comment if youve got something to say. Want to know which places your friends enjoy? Youll be able to see all their active ratings, as well.

Based on your current GPS location:
• Search by distance in miles or kilometers
• Use keyword search to find a venue by name or attribute
- Example: pool, sports bar, beer garden, etc.
- If using keyword search, you can optionally disable distance search to find venues in a 50mi/80km radius
• Each result will have the average user rating displayed along with it

Once you have a list of results:
• View photos, open hours, location, and contact details for each venue
• View the most recently submitted user ratings
• Submit your own rating

If your opinion or the atmosphere changes, dont worry! Easily access all your active ratings and edit or delete them in seconds. Ratings are only active during that particular venues business hours for the day. Once they close, all ratings will be discarded, and it will be a fresh slate once they open for their next business day.
